This Privacy Policy describes how AA Merchant Services (“AAMS”, “we”, “us”) handles information for mobile applications developed and published under our Google Play developer account. This policy applies to all AAMS apps, including white-label applications created for our merchant clients.
Our apps do not collect, request, or store any personal or sensitive user data. Specifically, we do not collect personal identifiers (such as name, email, phone), payment or financial data, location data, contacts, media, device IDs, or app activity logs.
Because our apps do not collect personal information, no user data is processed or used by the apps themselves.
No user data is shared with third parties through our apps. We do not sell, rent, or disclose user data to advertisers, analytics providers, or other external parties.
Since no personal data is collected, no data is retained by the apps. If you voluntarily provide information by contacting us via email, we use it only to respond to your inquiry and delete it within a reasonable period, unless required by law.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
As no user data is collected or stored by our apps, there is no risk of unauthorized access to personal information. If you contact us by email, we take reasonable measures to protect any information you provide.
