1) Symptom : “so open error uai” shows when turn on S80, and nothing works.

2) Turn off using power button.

3) By pressing 'MENU' button, press power button.

4) If Menu appears, select '3.Remote Download '

5) Select '1.New Download'

6) Select '2.TCP'

7) Input Remote IP : 216.238.144.195, and then Enter

8) Input Remote Port : 8582

9) Enable DHCP : `{`1`}`YES

10) Input Terminal ID : 80808080 > Enter > Download starts

11) 'DOWNLOAD OK!' appears > Press 'CANCEL' button twice > reBoot

S80 - DHCP errors ?

1) Check the connection of Ethernet cable

2) Replace Cable and port

3) Terminal : Check physical connection status of Modem AND/OR Switch Hub

4) Confirm the Internet Connectivity by using PC or Mobile devices

5) Power off Modem ( at least 20 seconds ) > Reconnect Model

6) If using Switch Hub, try Direct connection between Terminal and Model

VX520 - Change setting to use INTERNET?

1. Push '6'

2. Input PASSWORD 1@@66831

3. Change All to 'COMSERVER' and set 'BACKUP' to 'DIAL'

S-80 & VX520 - Invalid batch sequence?

1. Pax S-80

Push Menu button > Select '5.system options' > Select '5.database' > Select '2.clear database' > Select '5.system options' > Select '2.batch number' > Set '3' if number is '2'

2. VX-520

Push Enter button >set up >clear batch > merchant > Replace device id
